This is presumably one of the most common butterflies in Nepal. Both males and females are dominantly white in color. The forewing of female is densely colored black along the edges as compared to the disappearing dots in male. The apex of hind wing is particularly colored black in both sexes. Looking at the under wing, we find it is yellowish along with long lines of veins. This white beauty is usually seen to travel in groups and shift from one flower to next quickly.
