The Black Eagle is the top predator in the skies of broadleaved forests of the hills and it soars just above the forest canopy with its wide wings held in a V-shape. Silently, effortlessly and relentlessly it weaves in and out of the canopy hunting on anything it can overpower including baby macaques. These eagles are also known to be feed heavily on nests of other birds and squirrels.
