PUIYAN - Gateway to Mera

    Puiyan is a beautiful settlement of tea houses which sits on the bottom of towering hill. Puiyan is the popular overnight stop for trekkers and climbers headed towards Mera Peak. Once a thick forest of pine and rhododendron used to surround this village. However, Puiyan is now is a town of tea houses, lodges, medical unit, schools and, even a helipad.
