The vehicle will be either a car, jeep, or a hiace/microvan depending on the number of people traveling that day.
From Kathmandu to Ramechhap: The vehicle will leave from Employees Provident Fund Building, Thamel in Kathmandu and drop you at Ramechhap Airport. The general departure time from Kathmandu is 2 am (can be an hour ahead in case of earliest flight). You are requested to arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
From Ramechhap to Kathmandu: The vehicle will depart at around 10 am (or later depending on when you land) and drop you off at Employees Provident Fund Building in Thamel. The driver contacts will be communicated to you a day ahead via WhatsApp. You are advised to be in touch once you reach Lukla.
No. The vehicle departure location is in the most central point in Thamel (which should be more than 10 minutes walk from any hotels in and around Thamel). Alternatively, you can ask your hotel to drop you off at the pickup location.
You will receive transportation confirmation in the same email with the flight tickets. However, the details like driver’s contact and vehicle number will be sent to you a day before your flight. The driver will have your details, and you can simply show them your flight tickets.

We will help you book your flight tickets and arrange an alternative medium of payment (either wire transfer or cash payment before 72 hours). The Information we will need to make a reservation are: The Date for when you wish to make a reservation and the Number of people. Scanned Copies of Passport of all the passengers. Valid email address and contact numbers.

Yes. If you finish your trek earlier, you can request a change of flight date at no additional expense by contacting the Airlines directly. The Airlines will make changes if there are seats available for the earlier flight. We will cancel your reservation and initiate the refund process. Generally, the refund process takes 15-20 days. Yes. You will be charged a certain fee as cancellation charge as per the Airline's policy if you cancel a booking, and the remaining amount will be refunded. (Generally, the cancellation charge starts from 10%, but please confirm the charges while requesting the refund.)
If your flight gets canceled, please contact the staff from the respective Airlines at the Airport for assistance. You have options to either shift your booking for the next day or get a full refund.
