KHUNDE - Pretty sister of Khumjung

    While Khunde adjoins Khumjung, it is a completely separate community. It has the well equipped Khunde Hospital which caters to trekkers and locals alike and was established by Sir Hillary's Himalayan Trust.

    Khunde's village gompa is nestled in the forests to the west some 15 minutes away from the main village.
