JULU - Gateway village

    Julu is basically a few houses on the alluvial plain carved by the Julu Khola as it closes in on the mighty Marshyangdi. Also, the stream is fed by the Chulu mountains and the off the trail walk to these mountains is also attempted by some well-prepared groups. The names Julu and Chulu, however, are used rather interchangeably.
