These birds have bright yellow abdomen and greenish back. It has a long tail and a black bill. These birds are regularly seen by the lakesides or in pasture lands. In the evening and morning, they gather up and fly together. These birds roost in branches in immense congregation. Nests of this bird are well concealed by grasses in the ground.
