I stayed at Buddha lodge in Gorak Shep for 2 nights in October 2022. It is a large lodge with a large dining room with one yak dung heater in the centre of the room. An outdoor area with chairs/tables is great on sunny days. Friendly helpful staff. Clean room with mattresses/sheets/pillows/pillow cases and a quilt on the beds. All the usual foods were available. Could hire an extra thick quilt and also hire a hot water bottle. The only thing I struggled with was that toilets were squat toilets and the floors of the toilets usually very wet, making them difficult to use.
