About Prem
Prem Rai was born in the northern part of Nepal near Makalu. He is an expert and professional trekking guide in Nepal. He is also managing director of PREMS NEPAL TREK in Pokhara. He has more than one and half decade experienced in trek and tour leading throughout the Himalayas of Nepal. Prem is one of the NATT~book (New/Natural Annapurna Trekking Trail) writers with Andrees de Ruiter in Germany, www.nepal-dia.de . Since 2011, both of them have been exploring many new "off-the-beaten-tracks" in the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri region by marking with paints red/white (main trail) and blue/white (sub trail), publishing books, maps and using internet and social sites etc.. to promote them.
