Just north of the village is a spectacular waterfall that makes a refreshing but a powerful shower. Kau is the local name for an edible frog that is found in the stream and Khola in Nepali translates to 'stream'. The waterfall serves as a refreshing live portrait for the entire village and for the many visitors just like you. It oversees the entire village of Tal and makes it quite picturesque. Ask around for the edible frogs if you are in mood for some and of course, if you idolize Bear Grylls.
