This is a small pagoda styled pagoda style monastery located in Kobang. The monastery has a rich collection of Tibetan holy books which consists of the complete set of 108 Kangyur, 16 volumes of Hiung, and a set of Doma. As this monastery is a veritable Kangyur library of Thak Satsae region, it is called Kangyur Gompa. The Kangyur is said to have been brought from Lhasa in early 20th century. The statues inside this gompa are very small and they include Avalokitesvara, Guru Marpa and various buddhas. Numerous butter lamps can be seen right before the statues on the altar of this gompa. Other than the holy books and the small statues there's nothing interesting here.
