Danakyu Gompa

Danakyu gompa lies right beside the trekking trail, immediately after the prayer wheels. It is very hard to miss and if you do tell us how. Having said that people might mistake this gompa for a simple building but a closer inspection will reveal that it's no ordinary house. It is a fairly colorful gompa which is of recent build. People of Danakyu go here to worship and take blessings from Buddha. There are definitely more beautiful and important gompas in the Annapurna circuit than this one.
