Buddha Park

Buddha Park is a newly built park in Jiri which carries a great religious values for locals and others who are passing by. The parks main attraction is the Chyngchhup Stupa Tentsyok Ongduiling of which was built by locals from the support of His Holiness Rimpochhe Nawang Sherpa Lama and Rahloo Rimpochhe. The park was built with a sole puprose of spreading the message of peace around the globe. Inagurated in June 2010, the Buddha parks constrution started in March 2008 and it was completed in May 2009. Take a stroll out in evening to the park where old and new genereations o locals meet to chill out after the long day.
